How does car delivery work?

There is no need to travel for the car: the manager agrees the time and address, the car is brought to you, the contract is signed on the spot and you get the keys. You will not need a taxi to a rental office and back.

The delivery fee depends on the district and is shown in the calculator before you book: delivery is free at HKT airport and charged at the district rate elsewhere. Return works the same way: the car is collected from your hotel or at the airport at a convenient time, including before a night flight.

Does the delivery price depend on the rental period or season?

How much does car delivery cost?

At HKT airport pickup and return are free for any period and car class. Delivery to a hotel, villa or apartment in other districts costs ฿200–700 depending on the address. The exact fee for your district is shown in the calculator when you choose the pickup point, before you book.

Can I pick up the car at HKT airport?

Yes, pickup at HKT airport is free. At handover your licence and passport are checked, the contract is signed and the car is photographed together, and then you can drive off straight away. You can return the car there on departure day, including before an early-morning or night flight.

What if my flight is delayed?

Give your flight number when booking, and the handover is adjusted to the actual arrival time. If the delay moves your arrival to the next calendar day, message the manager on Telegram or WhatsApp: the rental dates will need to be recalculated.

Can I pick up the car at night?

Yes, pickup and return run around the clock, and the price has no night surcharge. Share your exact flight time in advance so the delivery can be planned.

Can I return the car somewhere else?

Yes, the return point can differ from the pickup point: for example, collect the car at the airport and return it at a hotel in Patong, or the other way round. Give both addresses when booking. Delivery and collection at each point are charged at the district rate, and the calculator shows the total in advance.

How do I pay for delivery?

Delivery is part of the calculator total and is paid together with the rental when you collect the car; there is no prepayment. You can pay in cash in Thai baht, US dollars or euros at the exchange-office rate, or by card via the terminal with a 7% bank fee.

How does the inspection work on delivery?

Before signing the contract you walk round the car with the staff member and photograph any scratches and minor damage, which takes a couple of minutes. At return the car is inspected the same way and checked against those photos.

Which districts is the car delivered to?

The whole island: Patong, Karon, Kata, Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao, Rawai, Phuket Town, Kathu, Chalong, and in the north Mai Khao and Nai Thon. HKT airport is a separate pickup point, free of charge. If your address is outside these districts, send your location by messenger and the manager will confirm delivery and its price.
