Kata is made up of two beaches, Kata Yai and the more secluded Kata Noi, separated by a hill. Walking between them, or up to the hillside restaurants, is tiring, and taxis are scarce in this part of the island. With a car, Kata works well as a base for exploring the whole south of Phuket.

What documents do I need to rent?

What should I do in an accident or breakdown?
