How do I choose a car class for my trip?

Go by the number of passengers, the luggage and the route. For two people touring the island the economy class is plenty: a compact car is cheaper to rent and more frugal on fuel, and it is easier to park in Patong and the old town. A family with children and luggage will be more comfortable in a crossover or minivan. For mountain hairpins and trips to Phang Nga and Krabi, take an SUV with power in reserve. A pickup is for boards, bikes and moving house. If you are unsure, message us and we will match a car to your route.
What is already included in the rental price?

The price covers basic insurance, servicing and round-the-clock support. The deposit is refundable, and with full insurance (available on rentals from 7 days) the rental comes with no deposit at all. Pickup and return at HKT airport are always free; delivery to other districts is calculated before booking. No prepayment is needed: you pay when you collect the car.
